Return Policy

Customers who have made purchases via the Wingo Outdoors website may return any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), so long as the returned product is in brand new, unused, original manufacturer’s condition. Wingo has sole discretion to accept or deny returns and to determine if returned products are in brand new, unused, original manufacturer’s condition. To initiate a return, please send an email to Info@WingoOutdoors.com and we will provide a return authorization.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

Wingo Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping timeframes are based on quoted shipping times by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other selected carriers only and are not guaranteed.  Carrier selection is not guaranteed.  Any mention of "Free Shipping" on the website or in any other marketing by the company applies only to orders subtotaling $50 or more and shipping within the United States - with the exception of Holiday Free 2-day shipping on all domestic orders.  International shipping rates apply to all international packages.
