Customers who have made purchases via the Wingo Outdoors website may return any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, so long as the returned product is in brand new, unused, original manufacturer’s condition. Wingo has sole discretion to accept or deny returns and to determine if returned products are in brand new, unused, original manufacturer’s condition. To initiate a return, please send an email to Info@WingoOutdoors.com and we will provide a return authorization.
Holiday Shipping Policy
Wingo Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any shipping guarantee is stock dependent, valid for shipments within the USA only and is based on quoted shipping times by USPS, FedEx, or UPS only. Any shipping guarantee means that if an item is not delivered by Christmas, it may be returned to Wingo for a full refund. Any shipping guarantee applies only to orders placed by 2pm EST, December 20th, 2018.
