Wingo's Lifetime Guarantee

At Wingo, we want you to get outside and play hard…we’ve got your back. All of our products have a lifetime warranty - as long as you use our gear properly.  If your product is covered under our warranty policy, we will ship you a replacement at no cost to you.

Please review the guidelines below to help determine if your product will be considered for immediate replacement under our warranty.

Covered:

  • Manufacture’s defect, including most tearing, fraying or coming apart of fabric, thread or webbing
  • Defective buckles/hardware (not caused by dog/human inflicted damage)

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from chewing, destroying, or irresponsible use
  • Changes in product appearance or fading
  • Repair or customization made by an outside party
  • Failure to maintain your gear
  • Gear bought secondhand
  • Improper fit or comfort issue - fit is the responsibility of the owner and can be returned or exchanged within the 30-day return window. See policy here.

When does the warranty process start?

The warranty process starts once you have submitted information online.

Do I have to send my product in?

We try to utilize photos to analyze if your product falls under Wingo’s warranty, but if we can’t determine this by your uploaded photos you may be required to send the product in for analysis.

Is shipping covered?

Wingo covers shipping from our warehouse to you. If you are required to send product in, you cover shipping to us and we cover shipping of new product back to you.

Can I get a refund or do I have to take replacement product?

We can only offer a refund for product returned within the 30-day return window. See policy here. For all other purchases, we will replace your product if it falls under our warranty policy.

What if my dog ruins their gear?

While we use the highest quality materials and hardware for our gear, no dog gear is completely indestructible.

We are not responsible for replacing any items that have been chewed, destroyed, or used irresponsibly.
