Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Review this FAQ to be sure your item(s) are eligible for return

  • Send an email to info@wingooutdoors.com with the information below:

    • Original order number

    • Email address used for the order

    • Date of order

    • Details about is returning and why

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 60 days from the date of purchase

  • In unused and resellable condition.  

  • With the original packaging in tact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is damaged from shipment, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can help resolve the issue.  It may be your responsibility as the recipient to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to get it resolved.

I received the wrong item!

If the purchased product is different from the one that you ordered, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can resolve it.


Tell me about exchanges:

An exchange is processed first as a return through the steps above and then a new order on which we will cover the economy shipping cost with a code you will enter at checkout.  You will receive the free shipping code upon approval of your return.  

Your original order will be refunded except for the original shipping charge.

What are the refund options and how does it work?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit in the form of a gift card

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days unless you selected gift card during the return process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If you no longer have access to your original method of payment, it is your responsibility to let us know so that we can issue a gift card or credit instead.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@repyourwater.com.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Your refund will include the original cost of the items less the original shipping charge and the cost of return shipping.
