Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information:

Please note that we provide the most accurate information possible and there may be some delays from carriers outside of our control.  If you have questions about your particular shipment after reading the information below, please reach out at info@wingooutdoors.com or (413) 346-4002.

Processing Times:

We aim to  process  all orders that have no address errors within one business day of receiving the order.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding any USPS observed holidays.  Due to the speed of order processing, we often cannot edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.

Shipping Carriers:

We will ship via USPS for all orders unless the customer selects a different carrier at checkout.  Please be sure you checkout using a shipping address that receives regular USPS mail including a PO Box if applicable. 

Misships:


We are still humans packing your orders so mistakes occur.  If you receive the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us within 7 days at info@wingooutdoors.com or (413) 346-4002 so we can remedy the situation and get you the right product.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages: 

We will send you tracking as soon as we begin processing your order.  Please use that tracking number for the most accurate shipping information.  While we are not responsible for any carrier affected shipping delays or losses, we are happy to try to help you if that occurs.  If a package is lost, it may be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier as the recipient.   USPS Claim LinkUPS Claim Link.  If we can help provide assistance in this claim, please reach out to us at info@wingooutdoors.com


Damage During Shipping:

If the purchased product is damaged from shipment, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can help resolve the issue.  It may be your responsibility as the recipient to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to get it resolved.
